· About accompanying persons
- If you are accompanied with someone else, please select the exact number of accompanying persons.
- You are allowed to accompany three people to the conference. Registration fees and benefits are the same for all registered participants and their accompanying persons, regardless of age.

· Only foreign participants can register post-conference tour, It will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
· Student registration is available by May 31, 2018 (GMT +0900) with full payment of registration fee.
· Student registration fees can be paid based on preferred type of membership given to the registrants.
· Tours are subject to change or cancel if the number of participants fails to reach a set minimum. The secretariat will contact you if this happens.
· For any cancellations, you must notify the secretariat via email.(regits2018@aim-korea.com)

- Open only to foreign participants.
- Foreign participants can register the post-conference tour after completing the online registration.
